Forging Futures: A-PAD at AVPN Global Conference 2024
The AVPN Global Conference 2024, held in partnership with Abu Dhabi under the theme “One Asia, One Future,” recently took place in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The conference, graciously supported by His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, Abu Dhabi, was hosted on the vibrant Saadiyat Island. With delegates from 44 markets, it solidified its position as Asia’s premier social investment network. From April 23rd to 25th, the event became a dynamic catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and collective action.
A-PAD, as a catalyst member of AVPN, was actively present at the conference in Abu Dhabi. Mr. Firzan Hashim, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of A-PAD, and Ms. Neki Kaori, Director and Head of the Management Office in Japan, represented the organization. Being part of AVPN’s unique membership, A-PAD seized the opportunity to share its resilient and sustainable practices, particularly in climate action strategies, while fostering impactful partnerships. The conference provided a valuable platform for A-PAD to engage in and promote impact-oriented collaborations.
