  • John Keells Holdings Pvt Ltd
  • Cinnamon Bey Beruwala
  • Alliance Finance Pvt Ltd
  • Nations Trust Bank

The   volunteer   teams   also   distributed educational material to the communities and also engaging in one-to-one dialogue when the need arose. The preparedness level, as a country, was much more coordinated and it was evident of lessons of previous years have been taken into decision making processes. The state bodies joined hands with relevant stakeholders in disseminating effective early warnings and situational reports to the masses.

In catering to the members of our platform, immediate  action  was  taken to disseminate informative material on safeguarding businesses from floods. A “Business Guide to Floods” was circulated along with localized handbills and posters. The private sector took it upon themselves to give back to the community they surround and to their employees by distributing these materials.
