WÜRTH Lanka, Winfield Associates & Alliance Finance join A-PAD ~ An initiative to provide safe drinking water facilities

The District of Mannar currently holds a population of over 102,000 people affected by the menacing drought spread over 153 GN divisions. Upon a request letter by the District Secretary of Mannar, Mr. C A Mohan Ras, A-PAD Sri Lanka sought the assistance of its members in providing 20 water storage units (water tanks) to public locations within the district.

Winfield Associates Pvt Ltd, WÜRTH Lanka Pvt Ltd, Alliance Finance CO. PLC and A-PAD Sri Lanka came together in partnership towards this initiative. The tanks were handed over to the District Secretary and to the Assistant Director of DMC in Mannar District who ensured its usage, storage and re-use in times of need.
